Is this true?

Sumatra 9.1, Katrina, Rita, massive flooding in Australia, birds and fish dying around the world, bees disappearing, Middle East uprisings, and now Japan’s killer quake.

What on earth is going on?

When you are invited to an event, do not take/seek the place of honor, for a person more distinguished than you may have been also invited to the same event. If so, the host who invited both of you will come to you and will say, ‘Give this person your seat.’ Humiliated, embarrassed and filled with shame, then you will have to take whatever seat is left.

Instead, not seeking the honor, take the least important place. Then when your host sees you, he will come and say, ‘Friend, we have a better place for you!’ Then you will be honored in front of all the other guests.

For all those who exalt themselves will be put to shame, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

- as said by Jesus Christ.

Similar it will be in the day of Judgment. People who boast themselves here in earth that they have done many great things seeking the praises of men, will be put to shame before the God. But the people who silently does the great will of God and please Him in earth will be exalted before Him.

So do not worry, if you are not getting recognized. Make sure that you are doing God’s will and surely the Heavenly Father will reward you openly.

As described by Jesus, we will definitely fall into one of the four categories of people who are mentioned in the Parable of Sower. One way to cross check whether we are in the right path with our God or not is to check / compare ourselves with those people mentioned. The realization of being in which group will help us to rectify ourselves if we are not in the right path before it is too late.

1st Category of People:

They hear the Word of God, but the devil comes and takes away the message out of their hearts, that they may not believe/acknowledge Jesus as their Savior and devote themselves to Jesus and be saved.

2nd Category of People:

They hear the Word of God, receive and welcome it with joy; But they have no roots. They believe for a while, and in time of trial and temptation fall away from faith (withdraw and stand aloof)

3rd Category of People:

They hear the Word of God, but as they go on their way they are choked and suffocated with the anxieties/worries, cares, riches and pleasures of this life. And so they never grow into maturity.

4th Category of People:

These are the people who, with an honest and good heart, hear the Word of God, hold it fast in a just(noble, virtuous) and worthy heart, and steadily bring forth fruit with patience.

Always have this validation done in every moment of your life.
